The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb was the RAF's mainstay fighter in the middle stages of WWII and this kit depicts a variant which was equipped for operations in hot or tropical environments. Parts are included to depict the large Vokes filter that was commonly fitted to Spitfires in North Africa and the Mediterranean Theater as well as the smaller Aboukir filter. Modellers may choose to assemble the kit with either normal or clipped wingtips. One pilot figure and three marking options are included.

Multipart plastic kit, supplied unassembled and unpainted.

Paint and glue not included.
